Captain Dan Platt has been a commercial fisherman for 35 years. He fished in Alaska for ten years and has been a commercial diver for 15 years. He owns two commercial boats in Noyo Harbor and is a licensed captain. Captain Dan is well-known and well-informed about the workings of the harbor and he is very excited to share his knowledge about it with residents and visitors alike.
